What does misc think of this condo I want to buy

Biuriful. Imagine waking up everyday with a view like this.

$262,000
HOA fee of $1090/month which covers all utilities and assessments.
$5700/year property tax

Total monthly payment of $2900







Problem is that HOA fee but it seems like every lakeside property has that.

Thing is, I'm paying $2800/month right now for a studio in NYC. Total monthly on this place comes to $2900.

Looks ok, though the window HVAC units are super poverty, and that HOA is ridiculous.

Condos are for Rentarded HomeLoaners.

You have to take out a mortgage and even after paying it off you still pay the REAL LANDLord an HOA fee every month. Really nice view though, and the price (without the HOA) is good.

Property taxes is part of that $1500, so in reality it's $1k/month.


Out of curiosity I looked to see if there were any properties at all with an unobstructed lake view that don't have an HOA, not a single one. Even places that are $750k have a high HOA.
