I agree with Muzzlrpress. Context does matter. It wasn't just the n-word that was the issue, it was also Kramer telling the black guy about being lynched. That's a very touchy subject. It's the equivalent of someone making fun of Jews being put gas chambers, joking with an Armenian about the Turkish genocide of Armenians, or making a Rape of Nanking joke to a Chinese audience.

Kramer fukked up big time. Hurling out racial slurs and referencing lynching is not how to deal with a heckler.

Also, the "n word" in rap music is kind of an irrelevant comparison point. A better comparison would be other comedians whose entire acts are essentially anti-white, and why they aren't cancelled for being racists themselves.(See: Twink boy Tony Hinchcliffe vs his twink Asian opener.)
Of course, I think it should all be ok in comedy, but the double standard is fuarked.

Still, Kramer got personal cuz some retard kept heckling him, and lost his career as a result.
