How would someone look who only did deadlifts?

How would someone look if he only did deadlifts and absolutely no other lift/exercise? Assuming he took it very seriously and got his deadlift to be respectable.

I'm not thinking of doing this myself, just curious.

Pretty fukin gnarly if they got up to big numbers

I can see small calves, underdeveloped legs and giant ass, torso, back, traps lol
