I mean, adipose tissue directly creates estrogen. It does not belong on a male's body and was never there in our evolutionary history, so it makes sense that it is functionally fenale tissue and would reduce penis size, among other things.

Weird I was obese as a child and I have a huge dink and I’m also 6’4 despite my mom and dad both being very short.
I always thought I somehow spiked my hgh with all the overeating
