That ugly ass dude is an insecure **** head. Every single thing I've ever heard him express was either a self-inflation or some way of generally ****ting on others.

In any topic, he just adopts the view that will allow him to do that. I've seen a podcast where people were discussing class divisions and what would be best for the IFBB, and he just supported the structure that result in the highest barrier of entry and the least amount of variation/opportunity of the sport, and his reasoning was simply: "not everyone gets to be an IFBB pro bodybuilder."

Like, he was not considering what divisions are "best" for the IFBB, Iain wanted the divisions that is best for Iain's ego. When asked "but what effect would these divisions have on the growth of the IFBB?" he looked genuinely confused.

I'm a big fan of Frank's physique but lets be reality. We've got 19-21 year olds with that level of physique in 2023.

And before some cuck wants to talk about natty or anything like that. Frank's nick-name was 'The Chemist'.


With that said Frank is absolutely a dude that did it right. He maintained a solid physique longer then just about any other IFBB pro.
