Rate last night's breakfast dinner/10

Made a tater tot breakfast casserole. It has eggs, shredded cheese and bacon (can use ham, sausage, etc...)

This is 2 pieces and I cut it up to cool. You bake it in a 9x13 dish and cut into squares...12 servings.

It's really good and filling too!

It's a pasta bowl and I only have 3 or these. I have random pasta bowls all mixed matched LOL. I try not to use plates because the bowls hold smaller portions...dat der portion control...

That's a twist on Tater Tots! I make the same dish, but with hash browns! LOL! Pretty mush the same thing.

I usually top it with more cheese and chopped green onions or chives and fresh cracked pepper.
