As a leftist, I have to salute Thomas Massie

He's a principled and good man, and he stands by his convictions. We need people like him to be the conscience of our government and to check their power. I disagree with him on a lot, especially climate change policy and certain approaches to welfare programs, but he has always stood up for freedoms and has opposed the corrupt war machine.



This is the kind of guy you can disagree with and still want in your government.

I am fine with anyone on either side of the isle - if they are principled. Far better than the alternative, a lying grifter pandering to the left or right, while only serving corporate or special interests.
