Might not be that hard actually. Cut them out, sepia tone, turn up the contrast, drop the brightness, and mix the pic into the other one. Then add detail like the eyes.
The eyes are one of the biggest thing to lock onto your subconsious.

I could probably get it pretty close even with this poverty chit I use on android.
