So have decided to purchase my self one item for 2024 and

I'm stuck between a Tele and an xbox.. I can only get one as my limited resources must go to my boy but got to have a hobby to occupy ones time as i do not go out anymor.

Really 50/50 on which. I know which is the more productive , both are equally fun. But Xbox gives more hours to occupy ones time as i usually only ever picked around for an hour at a time tops. .

Whats your thoughts Misc?

No point on saying srs question/responses the throws are going to come either way but those of you who actually have a good head on your shoulders what route would you take?

Everyone needs a hobby bro. Working 6 days a week nonstop and just flipping channels would drive anyone a little batty. I'd walk the streets barefoot if I had to to make sure my son has all he needs and wants but I hardly think a 1 time purchase is beyond the realm of understanding. Not seeking validation or approvals but yeah am I the only father who feels kind of guilty buying something for yourself?

Nintendo switch. I bought a ps5, and regret it.

Well bud if that's your opinion that's great but it's not the common concensus. Widdiling on a front porch could be a hobby if someone finds enjoyment in it.

I'd avoid the video games if at all possible.

Nobody sits on their death bed wishing they played more video games.

How the fuk are you going to play the Xbox if you don’t also get a tele.

Also we really calling tv a hobby now? Like I get it tv and video games are cool downtime every once in a while.

But it’s just sitting infront of a blue light getting hypnotized. Don’t forge an identity out of it, srs.

Then I vote for get the Xbox with no tv and you and your boy take turns acting out the screen while the other one sits infront the whirring box narrating how they are playing.

Would be a healthy good time spent with family /10

Haha. Do you think I meant a TV when I said Tele?

No silly... Tele. I.e telecaster.

Not a television.

That's funny.

strats sound better imo but tele's are okay.

all xbox games are woke now. pride flags, and lesbian black characters who are 'badass' is the norm. And you also can't talk chit on xbox live anymore without someone reporting you and getting your account banned. stay safe
