He's 40 and looks 55. So I'd say whatever he's doing, it's not working.

I think if you just eat healthy, do the basics for skin and hair (retinoids, botox, finasteride, etc.) and don't live like a protein sharting bodybuilder gym rat then you'll be fine. that guy looks his age.
