no, and honestly I'm not sure why regular protein wouldn't do the same and not just the same but even better, pretty sure collagen just breaks down into amino acids, could be wrong

I used to but didn’t notice any difference so I stopped

Just make bone broth now, less processed crap

I do notice a difference on skin, yes. Take high quality collagen peptides on empty stomach, in high amounts. Triple whatever dose it says is 1 dose.

Apparently it is not the same as just eating protein foods. NO clue as to what mechanism is involved.
