It was so garlicky and buttery, two whole cloves of minced fresh garlic on each half loaf, and there was parsley under the cheese fukface

Did this a few weeks ago.

Cut the whole bulb in half, roast in the oven until soft, squeeze out into a bowl mix with melted butter. to make the "garlic spread"

Also instead of parsley (because lets not kid ourselves noone can taste the parsley) get some green garlic shoots and use it as the parsley topping.

oh, and to make it a bit spicy, scrape off some habanero or jalapeno seeds into the spread.

I just recently threw out my Nordic Ware baking sheets. No clue what went wrong but I couldn't get them clean.
