Im 5'10 an BARELY fit in that thing

Would rather just do the sim rig route.
Used to go to the track all the time but it became way too expensive in terms of both money and time.
The technology has gotten so good that when you're in the heat of the moment, you often forget it's a sim.
A good sim rig will cost about $6k($9k+ if you want motion platform) when it's all said and done, but compare that how much the car costs, the prep, the tools, trailer, etc, and then the ~$300-600 per track day, and it's dirt cheap.
Not to mention the cost of crashing, or if someone crashes into you.
In a sim rig I hit restart. In real life? nothanksjeff.jpg

a used miata mx5 is like 6k.
