Why do people have such an issue with motivational videos?

Sometimes when I’m struggling to down my 5th meal of the day, I’ll put on Gregg Plitt videos to hype myself up.

My coworker saw me esting and watching one of the videos and he started making fun of me. I told him I’m doing what I need to do.

Srs why is such a big deal? Nobody is forcing you to watch this shiet.
