Weird looking floating thing.. the parts hanging down from it don't look to moving at all, apparently they were unable to "lock" onto the floating object and it went into the ocean for 17 minutes, then flew right back out

Just what this Corbell guy says was told to him by military members who gave him that clip, then verified by others who were around the base at that time
