Shark Tank guy reacts to case against Trump for over valuing real estate

Kevin O'leary..."Every real estate developer everywhere does this. If you are going sue this case and win, you have to sue every real estate developer everywhere. This is all they do. This is what they do all day long, every day. This won't survive the appeal no matter what the fine is. This doesn't even make sense...."

Even liberals deep down have to realize they're only doing this to Trump because he's a political opp right? Dems have weaponized the justice system against their enemies while letting real criminals go free - truly the most evil group of people to ever exist.

This has been known but that's not the point, also, Kevin Leary is a huge POS who should not be trusted, only used like the disposable container he is.

True that every real estate developer does this. Oh, the county assessor says $30 million so I guess I'll go right along with that when I try to sell it next month. Wuuuuuut? In what world? Or reality, claim its value as $45 million and negotiate like everyone else.

The bank testified to the court that they didnt care what trump said about the value or his financial status or anything else because they have their own process to check all these things themselves. Trump could have said its worth a million bajillion dollars and it wouldnt have changed anything.

These commies dont care. The bad orange man must be punished

Ya, it's pretty bad when the alleged "victim" testifies on behalf of trump during the case... that is how far we have fallen.

She couldn't read between the lines with regard to what he was saying-- the prosecutors office was being weaponized against Trump. Trump did nothing wrong... yet the story in the media allows for confirmation bias and could sway independent voters. Just like every other case. It gives the illusion of corruption, because, you know, an innocent person wouldn't be facing all of those charges, right?

They absolutely realize it. They just don't give AF.

Ask them sometime, they're not ashamed to admit it.

Start locking every homeowner up then.

And anyone who's ever valued their assets in an insurance claim.

The city appraiser said it's worth what it's worth! Trump is not allowed to disagree at all!

No, I didn't hear what Whoopie has to say.

UNlike Whoopi though, this guy is an actual businessman and investor though. So I'm gonna go out on a limb and guess he might just have a tad more knowledge of the subject than her.

I've actually had to submit SAR's against people that did literal fraud - altering official documents, forging documents, etc. Unless there was actual financial harm done though no one cares, not even the feds

I remember when one of Mueller's lawyers altered an email from saying that carter page was a CIA asset (explaining why he was talking to russians-- he was doing it under their guidance) to say that he WASN'T as asset. This was then presented to the FISA court to allow for continued spying on the political campaign.

The punishment for falsifying documents under threat of perjury and illegally weaponizing our FISA courts to spy on political opponents? Probation. Zero jail time or punishment. He is back to practicing law in DC.

The establishment protects their own and will be willingly weaponized if a threat emerges. That is all you need to know.

Its always been this way. If you're challenging the government the law and legal procedure gets applied to you in a completely different way, even though on paper everything is the same.

Polycentric law is the only way to really fix it but thats a concept that even the most red pilled conservatives cant handle unfortunately

I met Whoppi Goldberg in the early 90's. Sat across from her at a Chinese Restaurant downtown San Diego, back then I only knew her Ghost and Comic Relief, sad what she turned into.

Regardless of legality, if everyone is doing it and nobody is ever charge... then you have a new AG who runs on getting Trump, they relentlessly search for a crime for years only to find this... which they don't even bring to criminal court because they know it is trash for they bring it to civil court...

It's a show trial. It is simply done for optics, to interfere with his campaign, and with the hope that something will actually stick and it will hurt him financially. It's lawfare at it's finest.
