I'm doing 240 for 3 sets of 12 ATM but not natty. Also, I feel like it's one of those lifts where form > weight, cheating it ruins the movement so I try not to get hung up on numbers.
fuark brah, you strong AF

Yeah my form is good, I don’t be doing all that swinging back chit. I can do 110lb weighted pull ups for sets of 5 right now, tryna get my lats stronger and hit 135lb weighted pull ups for reps

I posted 225x10 incline yesterday, that will go up soon, getting stronger every week

With my current training philosophy though, that's exactly what I want, pulling > pressing as far as functional strength IMO and it bulletproofs me against any shoulder imbalances. That said, it's understandable the people who prioritize pressing, pressing PRs are juicy and satisfying.
I hear you. I’m always playing around with workout order and what lifts to do to ensure my workout goes smooth.

Chest supported T-Bar Row might be the GOAT back movement IMO (srs), problem is I rarely find it any gyms. But I loved that chit.

Right now I’m just aiming for 275 incline bench for reps and 135 weighted pull ups, so starting my workouts with those movements and then I focus on rows/dips after them

Discovering the chest-supported T bar at my gym was a revelation. Definitely in GOAT contention.
