Also looks tasty, I'd sprinkle some blueberry or chopped up light fruit on top to give it some brightness though

Ohh that’s a good idea. I had plenty of leftover homemade blueberry/blackberry syrup left so could have poured that over it when serving

Hnnnngh blackberry is a goat flavor for me

What kinda syrup did you use?

Gf and I use the torani flavor syrups to mix into ice cream sometimes, brown sugar cinnamon hnnnghhh

Not too bad. Just get the berries together, caramelize sugar, once it begins caramelizing, put the berries in, cook down, then push them through a coarse strainer
