Just LOL if you’re not addicted to caffeine!! Best thing ever!

Brb legal drug that is literally a stimulant.
Brb best workouts under the influence of caffeine.
Brb laser focus.
Brb one of the best mood boosters.
Brb great boost before fapping, so that it’s more intense.

Like, right now, I’m about to have my second dose of caffeine for the day. Typically, I just drink coffee. But right now, I’m about to have a Celsius energy drink + my pre-workout stack of beta alanine + creatine monohydrate + l citrulline. And I’m gonna have a gnarly pump.

JFL if you don’t consume caffeine.

Das it mane

Bought my own pre workout components

I’ve got a bag of l citrulline, caffeine pills, bag of beta alanine, and creatine. Just mix it all together and you’ve got a good energy drink. Tastes like piss though
Best lifts:

Squat: 465x1

Das it mane. I’ve never tried caffeine pills though. But my preworkout cocktails are what I look forward to every day. + along with getting in the pre-workout mindset/super motivated. All of that w/the mood boosting in caffeine. Can’t beat it.

I would skip the pills and get the tablets. Since each tablet is usually 200mg each and you can use a pill cutter to split it into 50mg or 100mg. So depending on how you feel you can take 250mg to 300mg instead of 400mg.

My days of caffeine addiction are long over. Don't miss it at all. When you need 600mg+ of caffeine a day just to sort of function halfway decently, it's just annoying. Plus, now those times I do get a coffee in the mornings, it actually does something for me.

felt good to quit for a while, got to a point where if I wanted some I'd have to walk around a mile and only get the sample size from wawa, but now I'm back to drinking it all the time

It's better when you don't give into the temptation of caffeine stimulation and live life without it.

I've been using this brand of l-citrulline with my pre-workout mix instead of unflavored and it's actually pretty good.

A little sour but I recommend it over unflavored.

Pretty good pumps as well.

Love caffeine. But I seldom drink PWO supps. Too much fillers.

Caffeine pills are great for working out, running, mood enhancers, etc.

When you run out of pre workout, substitute some Korn instead

Yeah I disliked how sour the unflavored was and someone told me that there were flavored versions of l-citrulline. It's almost like a sour patch kid candy where it's sour but also sweet.

Currently drinking Orange Celsius to prepare for a juicy workout, a juicy fapping session, and a juicy Warzone session late in the night.
