Caught Covid and...

I still feel like chit. This was about two months ago and I now have brain fog, heart rate seems higher when I train (use to be 100, now sits around 130 when I do weights), dizziness, muscle twitches, and slight ringing in ears.

Anyone had this before? This is not it mayne
