To take a cliche from spider man. I'm curious what tbe consensus is on the misc

The old saying "with great power comes great responsibility ".

Let's say 1-100

How many men who earn power or when it comes to some people social engineer and lie and fraud to get power. How many out of a 100 do you think looks at it as coming with great responsibility vs "with great power comes great opportunity to line my pockets and destroy lives and get anything I want at everyone elses expense"

What say you?

I refuse to believe that.
A lot of good men in their grave right now because they refused to let power corrupt them and or use their power fighting those who gave into it.

Corruption is usually used to gain power. It seems like power corrupts everyone because the overwhelming majority are already corrupt

If random people were given great power, probably only about 50 - 75% would be really corrupt

Refuse to believe that either considering "some" never belonged to an organization EVER and that some people are too smart and intelligent to not see the truth and if someone smart and intelligent can't see the truth then they are ignoring the truth. That or "some" are just grossly over estimating some people's intelligence .

Either way somebody is waaaaaay off base that or someone has been shepherded there are no in-between s
