Is my elbow fooked?
Dunno what happened, but my elbow has been killing me out of nowhere. It only hurts when my arm is less than 45 degrees. Even things without weight suck, like drinking/eating. Can't do pullups but doesn't even feel bad benching, shoulder pressing or dips.
What do misc?

Is it medial epicondylitis? Golfers elbow?
The fact that it only bothers you with elbow flexion would indicate an elbow flexor
I believe some of the wrist flexors are two/joints muscles that insert on the humerus and flex the elbow as well
I doubt your elbow is “fuked” since it’s not like you suffered a traumatic injury resulting in damage to a ligament or nerve.
You aren’t experiencing any changes in sensation, or numbness/tingling so it’s not neurological.
You probably just inflamed something and need to lay off it for a while.

They work by mechanically alleviating pressure on the offended tissue by creating another “attachment point” at the site of the pressure created by the band.
An elbow wrap may also help, or an elbow sleeve.
I’m a huge proponent of compression of a joint that is compromised or slightly injured.
In the mean time you should try Cissus Quadrangularis to reduce pain, inflammation, and promote collagen synthesis.
