Your greats accomplishments in video gaming

I just saw some click bait about movies and it mentioned the Little Nemo movie and got me in the feels. I checked out a video of someone doing a playthrough of Little Nemo's Dream Master and I remember the one and only time I beat the game.

Some other notable wins

Beat Mike Tyson's punch out from start to finish

Beat Double Dragon 1 (Turbo controller is a beast here)

Beat Streets of Rage 3 before the timer ran out and got the good ending.

I play for pleasure and relaxation, not challenge. I actively shy away from games that are difficult or frustrating these days. My days are long, exhausting, and intense. In the evening when I take a moment for myself, I just want to shut my brain off for an hour and relax. There's no energy or patience left. It's part of my self-care routine. I'm playing a bit of the new Pokemon game lately. It's not great, but it's nice to roam around and explore.

Kids nowadays have no idea what it's like to rage quit Contra or Ghosts and Goblins or Megaman.

I parsed pretty well in WOTLK Classic for the first couple of phases on my unholy DK. This was on a fresh start server, so I leveled a hunter from 1-55 first. Got bored though (and a gf lol). Always feels good to parse well.

Maxed an account in OSRS, 2277. Got a Tbow split in my name, and got 2 arcane sigils in FFAs. Good drops from Sara GWD too, and some slayer bosses, but that's about it. Put so many thousands of hours into this game though, quit over a year ago.

Got Hayabusa in Halo 3.

Was doing some decent end game DPS parsing in TESO for a while.

I beat all the Souls From Software games, but I used guides here and there, so I don't really see that as impressive.

SOCOM: Took out 5 opponents by myself after the rest of my team had already been eliminated. I camped a small building, setting claymores at the entrance and shooting a machine gun out of the windows. Felt like a fking boss.

I remember that game being hard but playable up until the speed racer stage and I felt like I had played a good portion of the game. Then I played the game as an adult and the speed racer stage is like the second level and I couldn't believe I had barely made it anywhere in that game as a kid.

Beat 007 on N64 with only 1 cheat code. Its been 20 years but there was one scene I could not get past. I think it was the 2nd to last level. Bought a book with cheat codes and showed that game who is the Boss!!!

Went 13 months in Iraq without losing a single game to my colleagues in Madden. Obviously some dusters in there, but wrecked legitimate players too
