Ending the rent vs. home owning debate - I don't care if renting is cheaper

Listen you autistic f*ckers, it doesn't matter in the slightest bit if renting does lead to a better financial decision. We live in America where the only thing that matters is STATUS.

So f*ck the finance argument. Even if you rentcels prove that to be superior (it's not but let's just give it to you anyway) you still lose with the inferior option because simply owning a home is a status symbol.

You are poor if you cannot find the disposable income to buy. That's all there is to it. I don't care if you save or have more saved in the long run if by some miracle the math does work in your favor. You know what else works in your favor financially? Shopping at Walmart for your clothes instead of designer brands. Purchasing a used beat up Toyota to get from one place to another instead of Mercedes. Having a "staycation" instead of using your time off to travel to Hawaii or Fiji or Aspen or Europe.

At the end of the day even if you "save" more by renting you are a LOSER in America. There's nothing more to be said. You are in a lower class if you rent and that's the bottom line.
"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

Homeowner > Rentcel > mortgagecel

Mortgagecels are just rentcels to the bank. Instead of landlord cawk, they suck schlomos cawk. Regardless, someone's cawk is still being sucked.

They also have the worst parts of homeownership too like maintenance, taxes and lack of diversification

So they pay rent like a rentcel. And they're on the hook for maintenance/taxes like a homeowner

Yes key word being chasing it.

If you're chasing it when you can't afford it you're still a poorcel. You should be able to have the status without it being sh*t to you. Keep renting poor boy

And just like clock work, we are 7 days away from rent being due and the rentcels meltdown has begun. It's got to be mentally exhausting knowing you have to pay for shelter. Srs, vry srs.

You must at be new here, pal. Fully paid for personal residence and multiple rental properties. Rents due in 7 days, so make sure you leave a really nice tip to your landLORD on top of the recently raised rent prices

LOLLLLL @ debtcels.

When someone brags about "owning" a home, it means the house is their greatest financial accomplishment.

If "owning" a home is your greatest accomplishment, you are a low incomecel - likely a wagie.

Homeownership in a nutshell:

place home on credit card for 30 years
pay interest every month, property taxes every year, maintenance at random
brag about being a homeowner when they don't really own the home

The small percentage of people who actually paid off their home, different story.

Anyone who says renting is better is blatantly coping. They simply can't afford to buy

I have no idea what this means, but pants are very overrated. I would never wear them again if I could.
