Is that the same one that was in wal mart with their baby just in diapers when it was freezing outside? Wal mart employee confronted the mother and then wal mart fired employee. Looks like that lady

Punishment should fit the crime.

Leave her in the cold woods until her fingers and toes get frostbitten. Cut off the necrotic bits, then do it again until basically her hands and feet are useless. Then throw her into a jail cell to live with stumps for the rest of her life covered with pictures of the child she murdered.
