I know it's not London but just got back from a trip from the Philippines.
I recommend right now starting a itemized detailed list of everything you are bringing and things to be done. Doesn't matter how insignificant like a battery or watch or hold mail, online check in, etc.
I would either recommend visiting the TSA website or downloading their app to identify which items need to be put in carry on, ie batteries and items to be in checked bags.
Spend at least an hour working on this list, then start executing this list and check it one by one over the next 2 weeks.
You don't want to wait the last minute like I did.
The good thing about doing this is, you can adjust this list for future trips and make those much easier since you have a definite end point knowing you have everything and are ready.
To answer your question,
1. People drive on the left side of the road so be careful
2. There's a concentrated amount of Muslims in London but now people are realizing the truth and turning to Christ.

Ignore the morons talking about crime, diversity etc..Go to central London and enjoy everything. It's like you're walking in a living museum.

Don’t do what I’m currently doing. Ate a massive burger and fries at the hotel at 10pm last night, just ate a bacon egg and cheese sandwich. Plane boards in 10 minutes. Didn’t defecate at all yesterday. Probably going to have to spread my buttcheeks and build a dookie castle on the plane.
