Anyone ever done soil solarization?
I’ve got some weeds and overgrown grass in my back yard that I kinda want to replace with mulch. I’ve heard soil solarization is great for killing it all in preparation for mulching.
Anyone ever do it? It’s obviously winter and I live in Oregon (nice and wet right now), so it may not be the best time, but I think it may still work? Idk

I'd wait till may or whenever your hotter months are.
Edit: on spread

It’s consistently like 50 here
I guess I can keep it out a little longer than normal suggestions until I notice things dyingSee SuperHercules' sig
