Something happens that turns it into one of the best days you have had in recent memory?

I try to compartmentalize daily events.

Like, getting a ticket on the way to work would be completely forgot about by the time I get to work.

One event does not have to impact the others, it only can if I allow it.

As a practicing stoic, I do this for both perceived negative situations and positive. I’m not going to dwell on some praise I get for doing a good job just like I won’t dwell on the ticket.

It seems like you have had some good fortune recently though. Which I am glad to hear about for you.
