Why do they bother with “recruiting”? The army is a jobs program with benefits if you can put up with it long enough to get a pension.

The “recruiting” budget should be a big giant billboard spamming “free chit ask me how!” with a recruiters phone number.

Well it was about 5 years back-now they want games players-because you know, playing Call Of Duty, Fortnite etc means you have transferable guns & combat skills to go fight in Russia, Balkans etc.



Nothing new though-about the same time as the OP video they started doing these posters/adverts.



Reality is nobody wants to join after seeing the Afghanistan mess & lol at thinking Muslims want to join the British Forces when they keep dropping bombs on Muslims, committing war crimes against them on the ground & flying out/sending arms/drones/planes etc to join Israel in attacking Palestine etc, at the behest of the US government.

They should spend the money on sorting out their recruitment process & combating the bullying/hazing culture. People put in & hear nothing back for a year plus-they aren't going to sit around waiting forever & then when they get there being sexually assaulted, beaten up etc-with at least the tacit support of senior officers, if not them often orchestrating it all.
