I used to be a geek that overanalyzed everything. Now i'm super relaxed.

I was pretty normal, even a bit outgoing growing up

And then 2012 happened

People started losing their minds

The world started turning dark and was especially magnified for sensitive geeks like me

By 2018, I was pretty much locked up in my shell

Wanted nuthin to do with people

Then somehow, the switch flipped during summer 2023

I no longer overthink what the front desk sloot at the gym thinks

I realize most people don't care what car or clothes i'm rockin

Hell, I could careless if people think i'm fat

I no longer give af what others think about me

Now I am free to do what's in the best interest for myself

Yesss

It’s really just you at the end of all this. It’s all just you, your mind. What you think other people think about you, what you think may or may not happen, all of that it’s all just that: your thoughts.

Life is really beautiful

Once I lose weight and put myself out into the dating market, it should be easy af for me.

I've never had issues with initially attracting sloots.

The problem was my insecurity which led to being a dancing monkey jestermaxxer.

And watching too many K-drama which is 10x worse than Disney movies when it comes to being the beta simp.

Being around negative people and being courteous enough to respect their thoughts is a terrible combo.

I've learned to cut off people immediately who are negative. Doesn't matter how desperately I need their business, relationship, etc, for my benefit. Keeping them around poison my thoughts. My thoughts must be protected at all costs.

shiet

I've been consistently working out since then tho. Most I took off was a week.

I'm entering week 2 of my diet. Had a dam good week 1 with my diet. Besides the alcohol. Not sure I can give that up tho.
