Should getter_done be banned?

Well considering BrooksKoepka was banned and he was actually a higher quality poster, why isn't this annoying getter_done guy banned as well?

I've talked to the mods and they said if it hits 40 votes they will ban him.

Do your thing misc and send this annoying spammer to banned camp.
