If you experience slow thread load times on this forum

I debugged some performance issues where some pages would hang for 20secs+ before jumping to the latest post.

If you have the same issue, you can fix it via theuBlock OriginChrome extension. Add this to theDashboard > My Filterssection:

https://mystatus.skype.comThe issue is that these defunct hosts are unreachable, and the page waits synchronously for the requests to fail. This is obviously an issue the forum devs should fix, but it's eh... not a priority.

My DNS logs are only showing the usablenet one and not the Skype one for some reason. Fanboys Annoyances also blocks the usablenet one.

I remember when you made this thread last time, and I was having the hang on my VPN. I wasn't using uBlock Origin at the time, so I didn't try it.

Since then, I started using uBlock, and can confirm, makes it a lot faster now on VPN.
