does creatine supplements cause hair loss???

wanted to start supplementing creatine but worried about hair loss. idc about other side effects. keep the fukin reaper away though


also what dose and form of creatine is best?

People that worry about hairloss from every supplement will Get that side effect. Why? Low test High inhibition mentality.

I did test, tren, mast, winny at the same time without my hairline changing one bit. Meanwhile geeks are out here worrying If creatine is gonna make them go bald.

I've used actual creatine forever and "creatine" for 2 years. Hairline still 100% intact.

Yes it does and don’t believe anyone who tells you otherwise. You could also test, load up on creative and see how many hair strands clog up your shower. Stop it for a month and see how it stops. Do this on and off and you’ll become Norwood 5 within 5 years. Don’t care what anyone else says but it’s your hair you’re Fukn with
