Make sure you strain excessively on every rep as well for maximum Sam gains
"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

I’ve been on that 7 days a week lifting schedule and while it’s not easy it’s do able.
You just have to train smart eat perfectly and sleep well. It helps to be retired and own all your own time too.

dudes out here giving 25% of their non-sleep life chasing validation and centering their life around muscle (the reading, dieting, working out, supps, etc) -- it's called body dysmorphia but people don't acknowledge it because it's disguised as trying to be "healthy"

He doesn't do that much volume each day so this really is completely doable without burning out.

At least with BBing you get something out of it. A jacked/aesthetic frame. And as far as it being 'healthy'. Aint nobody into BBing to be healthy. Its about being jacked and aesthetic. If we wanted to just be healthy we'd focus on yoga and cardio.

Do you think Zyzz (google his pictures if you don't know what he looked like) had body dysphoria? He trained like a bodybuilder and uses steroids to achieve his physique.
Or do you think he just liked to look good, party, and smash a bunch of random rave girls?

You can do 3 sessions a day plus cardio twice a day and you will look like him within a couple of months.
