Which one would you choose? Assume you're a non-baller, making roughly 80-90k per year
Brooklyn
Long Island
Miami
Houston
Omaha
Colorado Springs

Colorado Springs or Houston. Money would prob go further. Miami would be sweet if you budget well but apts are like 3k give or take. The New York locals would be great but I can no longer do northern winters since I’ve been in NC from CT for like 25 years.

Miami isn't perfect, I'd probably only want to live there a couple years. But obviously it's the top choice here by far.

I like warmer weather so Miami or Houston are the top two on the list for me. taxes tend to be lower in those areas too which is nice.

Depends on your mindset.
Want to live for today and have fun, smash sloots. Then Miami.
Want to build your wealth, live as cheaply as possible and save money. Then probably Omaha.
Probably have a better chance of finding a proper woman who isn't a turbo sloot in a place like Omaha as well.
