Lmao at unlicensed contractor work

Just stayed at air bnb in whitefish.

BRB water leaking out of closet in bathroom

BRB water heater installed in room with no drain or connection to waste water outflow

BRB tons of mold in the puddle under heater where it obviously occasionally discharges water and it just sits

BRB maintenance man comes and looks for where water heater is leaking. Like boyo do you not realize they are always next to a floor drain for a reason?


Just fukking lol, place was on the market for like 1.6mill, couldn’t imagine bidding less than 700k on it. Dfs.
