Truthpill: Your childhood experience is 95% responsible for how you act socially.
I have been moneymaxxing hard for the past few years
I have had very little social interactions
I've had no gfs
Something strange I realized. Everytime I get my haircut, there is a customer ahead of me. The customers are all 18-35 year old men (college area). Half of them are socially autistic as fuk. The hairstylist is a middle-aged lady that's very bubbly and talkative. I can tell the guys are shy af and can barely form a sentence. Then it's my turn to get a haircut. Ez conversation. I have her laughing and giggling. I can tell my rizzing ability has dropped a bit but it's still 70% there.

We are starting to see an entire generation emerge of kids raised on Ipads that have no idea how to effectively communicate with other people in real life. First tablet came out in 2010, and parents immediately started handing them to their kids to distract them. 14 years later those kids are now late teens/early 20's and have done nothing but interact virtually unless they were forced to.
You literally have to teach people how to not be afraid of real people now.

True. Your first 10 years shape who you are. After that you have another 10 years to change or you’re permanently molded.

Go outside and notice, they are sociable. Maybe they are not as open will-nilly to strangers as your generation but I see zoomer kids in the gym socializing amongst each other all the time.
I see plenty of 30+ older single men alone at the gym though.
