Food is a big waste of money, rather spend it on appetite suppressants.
Been off Ozempic for a few weeks to reset and detox.
Since I've been lifting heavy, the appetite came back with a vengeance. I spend around $150/week on groceries and restaurant food.
So the choice is: Spend $180/week on Ozempic and phentermine, or spend $150/week on food.
For me, the choice is clear: I'd rather spend that money on appetite suppressants than wasting it on food.
Food just makes us fat and lethargic.
The biggest downside of Ozempic is that it kills sex drive and shrivels up your cawk. But other than that, it truly does accomplish what it's advertised to do.

How do you get access to phentermine if you aren't obese?

They don't deal with insurance so you'll have to pay out of pocket. It's perfectly legal and worth the money.

Just get a big sack of Purina Primate Chow.
No meal prep and all the nutritional large primates need.
if its good enough for gorillas, certainly its good enough for a human.
