That guy wrote an interesting article about what it took for him to lose muscle. Even pumping estrogen into his body wasn't enough. He had to literally stop lifting altogether in order to make his muscle atrophy. I think he does some bodyweight stuff for upper and just lifts legs now to get that booty of peace(nohomo)
