Biden "willfully" retained classified documents, but this is (D)ifferent

Special counsel says"Biden willfully retained and disclosed classified materials," including "classified documents about military and foreign policy" and "issues of nat'l security and foreign policy implicating sensitive intelligence sources and methods."

He won't face charges though, because this is (D)ifferent.

I posted about this yesterday when Garland leaked to Congress that the report was ready.

Robert Hur basically comes out and says Biden broke the law, obstructed justice and willfully retained classified materials (same exact accusation as Trump), but that no charges will be filed.

Funny, Biden has had these boxes since 2017, a full 5 years longer than Trump retained his, yet Biden gets a free pass?

What struck me the most was this line:
According to the report,investigators found Joe Biden’s “memory was significantly limited”in interviews they conducted with him in 2023 as well as interviews with his ghostwriter.

Because of that, special counsel Robert Hur wrote in the report, investigators concluded that it “would be difficult to convince a jury that they should convict him – by then a former president well into his eighties – of a serious felony that requires a mental state of willfulness.”
Hur literally comes out and says the President of the United States is mentally compromised.

At least it’s all out in the open for the public to see.

I'm still surprised Dems aren't up in arms about Biden's handlers investigating fellow Democrat NYC mayor Adams and taking his electronic devices right after he did a lot of complaining about the border crisis and how it "will destroy this city." Biden is in a deeper sh*t because he stored his classified documents in garage. Trump's papers were in a secure environment under 24/7 SS protection.

And the whole "senile" thing doesn't work here because he had those documents there 10 years ago, and he wasn't as confused back then. Looked just fine driving his fancy car and smiling to the cameras.
