ITT: Bright and early Saturday morning LIFTING crew GTFIH!
What are you training today/this weekend overall? On my end, up by 4:30, sipping some strong black coffee, listening to some tunes, gonna be hitting a heavy push day in a bit.

*Look at reflection in car window and flex every time crew*
*Use half the roll to wipe after a poo crew*
*Fart in the gym and blame rotten smell on faulty ventilation crew*
*Fart at home and blame it on the dog crew*
*Watch neutron-star density poop mock me as water flushes around it and it stays put crew*
*Drive 2 minutes in the summer and back of shirt gets completely wet crew*
*Coffee black as midnight on a moonless night crew*
*Fat shame my cat on a daily basis crew*

I’m up drinking black coffee going to make breakfast hit the gym and train chest.
Then it’s onto Marco island for some breakfast again and a beach day with my bride.
I only sleep about 6-7 hours a night when I train 7 days a week. Don’t feel tired and enjoy the gym. I guess when you get older you don’t sleep as much and I feel my body works more efficiently on a 7 day program but I do usually take a 20 minute nap in the afternoon.
I was also up at 4:30 but I don’t expect you to reply to my post because you don’t like me because I refused and spoke out against the vaccine and that’s fine by me.
I only posted to kill a few minutes. Hago.

Up at 6 like everyday, took a chit and drank some coconut water. Did cardio today, quick 5k run outside, outside by 6:30. Was 4 degrees (celsius) so pretty nice weather considering

Had knee surgery Thursday so just doing my PT exercises that they recommend today. I may try for an upper body workout tomorrow (all sitting obviously) depending on how I'm feeling.

Back from my leg workout right now miscing and eating
Do you guys eat before you lift? I usually won't. I like to just get up and go. I know there's this idea that it's important to eat before lifting so you have energy but I really haven't noticed my lifts being any worse doing them fasted in the morning.
