Cliffs: Sony is closing down funimation and easing all content into crunchy roll and if you bought anything via funimation it's going bye bye for you instead of being merged into crunchy roll.

Just lol. Another reason why I'm done purchasing anything thru Sony. 0 protection for their customers.

There's inadequate consumer protection because what little there is has failed to adapt to the shift in technology and modern services, and in fact far more effort was put in place to protect the companies instead.

Everything has been scattered across the wind for people to play hide and seek with to find what they want to watch on inconsistent, scattershot libraries that are in constant flux, while prices keep rising and ads are quickly being slipped back in for a quick buck at even more expense of the consumers.

I own a bunch of Anime series on physical Blu-Ray, but I haven't redeemed a single digital code for any of them.

But it's still dumb as ****. The least they could do is Transfer it to Crunchyroll.

The vast majority of pirates do it because it's easier/more convenient than what they are offered. most people are absolutely willing to pay for better service/more convenience.

Bruh Funimation app linked to Crunchyroll and closed out its catalog years ago.

Crunchyroll has owned Funimation for like two years at this point. Anyone crying over this is straight retarded.
