Fuk. Lat injury may be worse than I thought :(
Was hoping it was just a muscle strain and maybe it is... But got some pretty major bruising in my armpit. Does that imply that it's a tendon? Pretty sure that's where the lat attaches.

I already told you about how Mitchell Hooper hurt his back so bad he had to go to the ER, and now he’s obviously deadlifting 900lbs and squatting 850 and putting 450lbs overhead etc
The biggest thing right now is to keep your muscles moving, I would recommend high rep resistance tube/band work. Don’t overdo it the high reps but you should be laying off anything heavy for now.
Slowly reintroduce heavier weight weekly and within 2-3 weeks you’ll be more or less back to normal.
Also you’re chemically assisted so you should heal faster.
