What is your best lift?
For me it used to be bench, hit 365 at like 175ish in my mid 20's, but now I don't bench bc it feels like somethings gonna pop in near my triceps... feel like a little vagina
Now its OHP, best has been 225, but doesn't feel as good since no one really does it. But it does feel good to see someone in the rack next to me struggling to squat less weight

Single arm nautilus pulldown. The Nautilus pulldown is a great kit to deploy for lat training. You can adjust the seat height to change how heavy the load is upon starting the lift
Dending on your height you can adjust the seat higher or lower to get the that pivot arm where you put the plates to start parallel to the ground.
When the pivot (moment arm) is level to the ground it will be the heaviest loading.
Pair a heavy load with a strechted lat and you get a lot of great stimulus for the muscle.

Probably bench since my ****ed up back doesn't let me go heavy on anything else.

Probably deadlift. No belt or equipment, just chalk and hit 475 the other day

Can’t be asked to post any videos, but I was regularly hitting 675 conventional deadlift back in 2019. Probably still have a 585 in me, but haven’t pushed it past 545 in a while

Box squat for sure. Was popping some pretty heavy weight well off my shoulders, never maxxed as I was training for rugby. Best ever lift though was bench press. 405 but could have gone heavier, looking to hit mid 400's in the next couple years, been in the mid 300's for the past year after not being able to do 10 pushups or bench 135 lbs due to alcoholism.
