Usually in and out under 2 minutes, psyllium husk and digestive enzymes crew. But usually I have to go twice within an hour each morning. Almost always done before I start my day.

Home by myself on a normal weekday......2-3 minutes once/day.

On the weekend when I want a little time to myself.....10-15 minutes maybe 1-2x a day.

I usually plop a dook & wipe in under two minutes, partner. Never understood the perchers who take ten....twenty.....thirty minutes to ****. What kind of life is that? You either have to poop or you don't. And if you're waiting five minutes between turds, then you don't have to poop. Pull up your pants and go do something else.

Usually it's like 20 seconds. But sometimes you haven't gotten it all out yet, and it requires sitting there for longer until the last piece falls out.
