Working in an office full of women..

Just started a job where it’s me and one other guy (who isn’t always there) and ten women.

The corny jokes, the mispronouncing words to be “funny” or “cute”, the constant stories about their personal lives and their boyfriends/husbands, constantly referencing unfunny memes and tiktok, “oh my god that dress is so cute, I like your nails, your hair looks nice, etc etc.” and talk of clothes and fashion in general, the talk about men being creepy, crude sex jokes… The pay is ok but I’m seriously considering finding a new job.

yeah. It's rough.
They basically force their world belief system onto you, probably in a deliberate attempt to make you push back and eventually get ousted because you dont fit in ie. not a match with the company culture.

I'm the only guy at my job and work with 6 women. My role is above all but one of them so they all kinda give me my space and do some work for me. I'm not complaining.

lol just lol if you think working in an office full of women is a disadvantage. Basically revealing yourself to be a Timothy.

There are annoying aspects for sure. They love to complain about everything yet do nothing to fix it, or talk about dumb stuff their husbands do, or play office politics, and most of them are extremely neurotic and detail oriented to a fault where it actually gets in the way of working getting done.

But if you are good looking then its your oyster

I’d rather work in an all women workplace then an all man one.

I've had my fair share of Boss Bae bull**** from the women who work where I'm at. It's annoying as fug a lot of the times. If you have to work with one of them they can't practice proper teamwork they have to act cutthroat in petty ways and try to put you in your place. Then when they fuk up they start crying and saying you're being too hard on them. A couple weeks later I hear them in the next room talking about how they run the place. I just lol.

I remember this womanlet blonde sloot I used to work with, Lauren.
She was made a manager because she was friends with the boss (another sloot).

She had a kid then got reduced hours. But somehow she was still the manager telling us how it should be...

She was dumb as dog schytt. But she was friends with the boss and a moderately attractive female (despite being a womanlet).

My manager and I (male) pointed this out to eachother too. He's actualy got a presence on this website although we are no longer in touch.

NGL at a squadron i was in back in the day like half of my section were chicks & most were at least cute w/a couple being sexy as fuk. NGL it made for some fun *** AT's & deployments & was def. goat.

but that was the military, not sure how it would work w/civilians.

Worked in a chip design job with maybe a dozen H1-B Asian women out of 80 workers. They were all good. No drama and they were very competent.

Working at a place now with about 500 project managers for every one engineer, and you know what that means. So far they have been good to me, but 90% are bloatmaxxed as fukk.
