Research on DEI: "it is divisive, counter-productive, and unnecessary"
https://aristotlefoundation.org/real...d-unnecessary/
A quick summary of the study is how DEI trainings are divisive and create MORE prejudice in the workplace. The trainings achieve the opposite of what they state they'll accomplish.
I know, I know. Man lands on Moon, water is wet.
It's refreshing to see research showing what people with a touch of common sense knew long ago.

On my last project we submitted monthly reports about this and I’d sit in weekly meetings where one of the sections was me talking through diversity and inclusion numbers, what % of hours and dollars we spent via indigenous employees, “other ethnicities”, females, etc
Could borderline just make up numbers as long as they didn’t sound too far fetched because nobody would consider questioning any of them and nobody actually wanted to talk about it

This is not novel
This is what a lot of people think but research journals would never publish it bc females and minorities who love victimhood want to keep playing that same card. Matrix for ya

We had to contractually commit to spending, for example, above a certain % on indigenous companies (like material suppliers)

I feel like the world is somewhat coming back to it's senses, slowly.

I see an awful lot of black women coming into leadership positions in the oil/gas field. Cant quite tell if they got there on merit but if not, that is troubling.
