Im not sure where the idea that men dont eat it comes from.
Grew up poor and I eat anything now. I realise I'm the exception though. The amount of people I've met who wont eat good food makes me dislike people sometimes.

Nope. Just thawed out some chopped/frozen spinach and threw it in the mixture. Cook in the oven and done.

I remember watching some Star Trek doco many years ago. Might have been Trekkies 2. Cant remember for certain.

They covered a group of people, men and women, who got together once a week to watch Trek and eat quiche.

Of course I'm talking about pre-Jar Jar Abrams Trek.

If it happened to be a doco about Trek today (everthing since the Jar Jar Abrams movie), then I'd unequivocally say "Yes, it's ghey"

Yeah, that's what I'm talking about. If you're just thawing out frozen stuff then definitely squeeze out the extra moisture. If it's fresh then chuck it in a pan and cook it down before adding it in. It's not a bad looking quiche, but I think it'll be better if you add in that extra step
