I can rep 160kg double overhand and it starts slipping.
For mixed grip idk. Doubt ill never drop if i use mixed
1 good one is walkind db lunges, heavy.
Weighted pull ups ect
One good is calf raises in the smith, double overhand it, its like 3 plates easy. Gets a good pump on forearms
The wridt curls and chit. They aight.
Grab the str8 bar with the bearring on some cables. Wrist curl the whole stack. Reverse curls superset lighter weight

I can hook grip the same amount I can do with straps but it's pointless so I just use straps.

600lb/272kg in comp, mixed grip
You want to do dble overhand grip though, less chance of injury to your bicep on the underhand side and less imbalanced load straining your upper body
Sets you up for life in regards to avoiding back injuries, being able to work on physical projects all day and generally not being a weak POS
