I mean it doesn't look that great compared to how'd I'd want a Prime Rib to be ... Outside needed way more char to render some of that fat down, and it looks like it was sliced too early giving it that super soft "wet meat" look.

but it's still Prime Rib, and I'd eat the fuuk out of it.
